1. Is there any guideline that I need to follow throughout this event?

Participants are expected to deactivate/mute the MIC, except during a question and answer session. Participants can ask questions using the raise hand option or the chat box to write questions by using the following format: Name_University_City_Country_question.

2. Where will my paper will be published later on?

Selected paper will be published in AIP proceeding or another accredited journal.

3. Can we see the list of participants and presenters to make sure if we are registered already on the system?
